Information for New Members / How to Use the Website

If you do not have the ability to login to the website, and the Forgot Password tool is not allowing you access, please email us at info@namec-assn.org or call 205-824-7612 and we will be happy to help!

Each member has a profile page.  To best utilize your membership, we recommend that you be sure your membership profile is up to date. 

Full voting members should have a company/bundle administrator that can add or remove company contacts (up to 8).  Individual members can edit their own profile.  If you are not the company administrator and cannot determine who that is, please contact our office (info above).

After you login you will see a link at the top right of every page that says "View Profile" right underneath your name.

After clicking that link, you can edit your profile and update your privacy settings (for example if you do not want to be listed in the public directory at all, or perhaps you want your phone number listed on the public directory.  You can make those edits via your profile).  Entering useful information will help those searching for you within NAMEC or via the public directory. 

New members should look at all the links in the section at the top of this page.  Use the member forum to share news about your company, ask a question about your business, and get answers from your peers. 

The job board is free for members and we share this on our social media outlets and email lists of over 5,000 medical education professionals! Email your jobs to info@namec-assn.org and we will post them.

Finally the CME Buyers Guide is a useful tool for searching for companies that provide a product or service in CME.

Most importantly, NAMEC encourages all members to be active not only in the areas above but as members of our working committees.  If you are interested, please contact our office and we can direct you to the current chair.
